“Closer” is a theatrical production by Theatre on Athoneli that takes place at the cinema pavilion of “Silk Factory Studio”. The play explores the theme of relationships and how they can turn into a chaotic existence when couples break away from their daily routines. The concepts of passion, love, and betrayal are examined as ways to seek the truth, despite their potential to be ruthless.

Perhaps you may have overlooked a crucial aspect – that love can often lead to tragic outcomes. Furthermore, it raises the question of who establishes our moral boundaries – is it ourselves or society? What constitutes correctness or what is deemed superior or necessary? Such matters pique everyone’s curiosity, prompting them to dwell in a realm of emotions and strive for an ideal existence.
