Theatre on Atoneli

Founded in 2005, Theatre on Atoneli is a small independent theater that operates without a permanent troupe of performers. Instead, it regularly invites directors, actors, and artists from diverse professional backgrounds, offering them a platform to create and showcase their work. The theater as a stage for plays predominantly crafted by talented young Georgian artists, revitalizing the works of internationally acclaimed contemporary playwrights with a fresh perspective.
In recent times, ‘Theater on Atoneli’ has ventured into performing in alternative, non-theatrical spaces, including locations such as ‘Mtatsminda Park,’ ‘Qarvasla Museum,’ and the ‘Silk Factory’.
